I am a multidisciplinary maker with a love for many crafts, from sewing to painting, but it is needle felting that has truly captured my imagination. What began as a simple kit picked up at Christmas two years ago quickly grew into a deep and rewarding creative practice.

Through felting, I create bespoke, characterful pieces from miniature foods to animals and whimsical bumblebees. I’m especially drawn to the personal nature of the craft; each piece can hold meaning, memory, or personality. I often design small mascots inspired by favourite animals, which are made to accompany people in their everyday lives, whether perched on a desk or travelling along on adventures.

What I find most magical is the transformation itself: starting with nothing more than a soft ball of wool and, through careful, repetitive motion, shaping it into something full of life and charm. The process is both calming and captivating, offering a sense of joy and quiet focus.

I’m passionate about encouraging others to explore creativity in any form. Trying something new, even on a whim, can open the door to unexpected fulfilment and peace.
